Our Team

Nick Orr - Gaza - April 2025 - 6.jpeg

My life’s successes are rooted in discipline, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence values forged during my career in the Army and refined through my work within Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD). Serving in an environment where decisions carried real-world consequences taught me the importance of clarity under pressure, strategic thinking, and accountability. These formative experiences shaped not only my character, but also the professional standards that now define my work within the film industry.

As an EOD specialist, I operated in high-risk, high-stakes situations that demanded calm judgment, meticulous planning, and flawless execution. Every mission required the ability to assess complex scenarios, anticipate outcomes, and act decisively with limited margin for error. This mindset where preparation, risk management, and precision are paramount became the foundation of my later success beyond military service. The transition from EOD to film may appear unconventional, but the core principles remain strikingly similar: both industries demand trust, coordination, leadership, and the ability to manage creative or operational chaos with control and confidence.
